We are excited to introduce The BackPacket™! We have traversed the world seeking out the best product possible. Somehow we just knew we would end up right back here in the good old U.S.A.! All of our products as well as our Smartshield® sunscreen are proudly manufactured right here in America.

The idea to come up with an easy to use, lightweight, disposable back applicator came to me one day after experiencing one too many burned backs at the beach. I always enjoyed going to the beach alone. The only problem was there was never anyone to help me apply sunscreen to my back! Well I'm sure there were a few willing volunteers, but I'd rather burn then end up sacrificing my peace and quiet for the day. lol I had sought out the various applicators available and found them to be pretty inconvenient. Who needs to carry one more thing to the beach when your arms are already loaded with a towel, bag, water and book? The plastic wand applicators gathered sand thoughout the day and not only scratched my skin but were messy, leaving an uneven globby mess on my back.

I sat at my kitchen table one day and tried to envision an easier way. I thought of how we use a towel to dry off our backs, why couldn't we use a towel to apply products as well? It was then and there The BackPacket™ was born.
